Shipping
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All pre-orders are held until inventory is available to ship out your order.
USA Shipping
Free Shipping on orders over $25+.
A small fee of $5 for shipping on all other US orders.
Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your package has shipped.
International Shipping
Free Shipping on orders over $25+.
A small fee of $10 for shipping on all other International orders.
As a small business, we're happy to announce that we are now shipping internationally to over 200 countries! Scroll down to see a complete list of countries we ship to.
International shipping times from the U.S. will vary by destination address. We are currently using USPS, DHL, and FedEx for international shipping.
Canada and Europe: 4-15 business days
Rest of world: 8-15 business days
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bare Babe is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Please note that some products are not available for shipping outside of the USA. This varies depending on how much we have in stock to ship internationally, as some of our warehouse locations can only ship within the USA. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We want you to love your Bare Babe purchase. However, if you aren’t happy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days from your purchase date, and we will do whatever it takes to make it right!
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
